I am glad to tell you that I am going to Beijing to take part in an Englishspeech contest in July ,which is not only an honor ,but also an opportunity forme to improve myself. I will keep traffic rules in mind all the way. If I ride a bicycle, I'llalways keep to the right and never cross a road until the traffic light turnsgreen. If I walk, I'll never forget to use the pedestrian crossing. 

Meanwhile,I'll regard it as my duty to help keep our environment clean and healthy. Notonly will I keep from littering and spitting anywhere, I will also help clean upthe roadside litter whenever possible. I hope my behavior will make adifference.

The picture shows us a touching moment when a little comes to greet herworking mother . Realizing that her mother must be very tired after a day’s work, the girl helped to remove the bag from her shoulder. In response , the motherkneels down to show how happy and thankful she feels.

All that reminds me of my mother who has been doing whatever she could tolet me have the best. But , totally engaged in studies , I seldom pay attentionto what mother needs and feels, and always think studying is the only thing Icould do in return .Now I know I can do my bit to help with the everyday washing, bedroom cleaning ,or at least prepare breakfast myself , so as to share mom’sdaily burden. The picture convinces me that it is even more important to be agood daughter than a “good” student”.
